Why did teamviewer log out?

TeamViewer 13 app on PC (windows 10 64 bit) is logging out sometimes, and if I'm trying to log in, it says "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record". At the same moment, I can take my iphone and log in without any issues (same login and password). Why does it happen?
