Win7Pro-Win10Home - Hang at "Initializing Display Parameters"

Connected to Win10Home ( v1809 )desktop from Win7Pro (6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601).  Connection is made, however my Win7Pro window that "should" be displaying the remote Win10Home display is "stuck" in window with message "Initializing display parameters".   I was able to "swap" sides AND THEN the remote Win10HOME could see and navigate my Win7Pro desktop.    Was able to send/receive CHAT box/channel just fine.

What do I need to do to enable viewing/affecting the Wind10Home desktop from my Win7Pro desktop.    Am running TV version 15.8.3 as of 7/20/2020.
