Window after each session

Im sure this is being asked alot, but im trying to disable the window that pops up after each session. Im using the free license.

-I know where the option is located, but its greyed out because it wants connection reporting to be activated.

-Connection reporting cant be activated because its greyed out.

i looked for over an hour now and didnt find the solution to my problem because the light bulb icon to the left of "connection reporting" doesnt give any info and clicking it only brings me to the console overview with absolutely no instructions.

 

Sorry if this question already got answered, but i didnt find the solution.

    If you want a pop-up free TeamViewer experience and use connection reports, you will need to purchase a license, as the free version contains pop-ups and has no connection reports feature included.
