Hello
I have ordered and paid a new account.
After installing I was not able to use it, i.e.monitoring my client, because your system still recognizes my earlier free account that has become invalid weeks ago.
I thought that removing the first installation could solve this, but after doing so I could not install anymore because of an invalid token.

    Kindly check out How to activate your license please if you have not been able to activate your license. If you have done so, please sign in your licensed account on TeamViewer client before initiate any TeamViewer connection. If you still experience any difficulties on license activation or initiating connection, free feel to contact TeamViewer Support Team for individual support.
