cannot activate license

Hi, I bought the license, and got e-mail from TW with link to activate license, but where can i get the license number? I did't got it in those email.. Tech support by phone tell me to contact with reseller. Are they right?

Thank you for your post. 

You do not need the license number anymore. It is just necessary to click on the activation link and follow the steps.

Unfortinatly, link doesnt works. I'm clicking link, input my login\password, next using google capcha and get into the managment console, where i can see my profile status is still "Free"

Hello,

I have the same problem - I can't activate the license using the activation link. A request for help because the license was purchased a month ago and the software is not working.

Do you provide technical support in Polish? Unfortunately, it is hard to call the support phone. Could I ask to which e-mail address send a question regarding the solution to my problem?
