computer off line

I have always been able to access my friends computer remotely without any need for passwords etc
I have a list of 4 computers I can access
Since she had a power cut yesterday her is showing as off line
She definitely has internet
Could the IP address have changed?
It says ready to connect her end.
Or have I been flagged for commercial use?

    Did you already check whether the TeamViewer ID saved in your list is the same as shown on her TeamViewer application?
