Hello Everyone
, unfortunately I can no longer use your services, I attach the fencing with the error that appears when I try to connect to my home PC.
I would like to point out that I have already written about your community but unfortunately I have not received any answers.
NB I have already upgraded and tried to uninstall and reinstall teamw several times several times, but I haven't solved it.

Hello.
Could be this, that your remote computer running a v.10 of Team Viewer. If so try to install more update version. Seems like v.10 do not support free license.
