customers do not want TeamViewer

I use TeamViewer for many years with a commercial license. TeamViewer is popular (and generally truely Excellent) tool. Customers of mine do not want their ID to become commercial use suspicious, so theyu invite me to use other tools - [removed per Community Guidelines] to list a few.

They use it on company PCs, on the corporate network, which somehow makes sence to be commercial use, but they use it privately, to connect to home devices, PCs, IoT devices...

I am looking for practical advice, could I tell them QuickSupport use will not help the ID marking? Something else?

I am certain this is not new for anyone, though I have no idea how to search for solutions on this.
