double click connection without confirmation and other qs

I have set up Host version 12.72365. I have configured Unattended access. 

We are concerned that if you double click on any computer it uses the unattended password instead of prompting for comfirmation. Is there a way we can change this setting on the computers of our technicians? 

Can you implement Host version without the unattended password? Which are the consequences of this? 

What is the difference between Easy Acccess and Host assignment? Can you configure Easy access without an attended access?
