end of free session comment box

I use the Free version of Teamviewer to connect and assist my 87 year old mother with her computer. After each session we both get the comment box pop up.
I have tried all of the solutions sugested and the check box still remains grayed out. As well it is not even checked it has a cigreyed circle with a line thru it.
Please help.

There's no way to disable it. It's an ad, another way for them to nag you to pay instead of using it for free :(
