Good day to those who read. I apologize for my English - I am writing with a translator.
A year ago we purchased a Premium license, this year an invoice was sent to the post office by which payment was due for this year, but since there was insufficient balance on the credit card, payment was not made. The payment deadline is August 10 of the current year. Tell me how to pay for renewing the license for next year and whether there will be another attempt to write off money from the card these days, the balance already allows you to do this.
Thank you in advance for any help in resolving this issue.

    Thank you very much for your nice post. 

    On the invoice, you will find our bank data to transfer the amount "manually". 

    Can you please make a payment directly via invoice?

    If there should be a double booking with your credit card, we will immediately refund the overbooking.
