license in use...and it's not

I cannot connect to other computers, error license is already in use......

    Thank you for your post.

    If you are on a Windows computer, you can see what TeamViewer ID is using your channel from within the TeamViewer application. First, click Help | About TeamViewer2019-01-16 09_39_56-TeamViewer.png

    If your channel is in use, you will see a link in the About window labeled 'channel use'2019-01-16 09_40_31-TeamViewer.png

    Any TeamViewer ID currently in a session would be listed here. However, if no IDs are seen, please contact our support team so they may further assist you.
