license problem - free instead of business?

In time of last problems with teamviewer i changed my PC and installed again teamwiever. I have license Business, but app shows me it's free. On my old PC is also free. When i log in website account and try add new id to my license (and delete previously), it shows unknown error. It also show license free. Please help :(
