I had a computer die that was licensed  to connect to others How can I transfer the license to the new computer

Device deactivation does not work. Why?

I have a paid version until 10.08.2019. After upgrading to windows 1903, I can not deactivate devices on the order. Since the end of May, I have a problem and I can not use the program. I wrote support 07.06. 2019 and nobody answers me. Please fix the problem, prolong the period of not using the program or restoring money. Greeting

In order to delete licensed device from your license activation, kindly login to your TeamViewer Management Console to remove device/ID. Feel free to visit this page for full information please.
