I'm trying to reach a PC based picture frame I set up for my disabled brother. It says the version on his end is too old and I can't connect unless he manually runs TV interface and goes through the steps to update. Well that's impossible. Even if his end is old why can't I use an old version on my end to at least connect long enough to update? Or why isn't there an option to go ahead and tell his end to update? Being totally locked out is crazy.
(I have v14, and an old copy of v9. His end may be v9, not sure.)
