online remote computers have dissappeared

remote computers that I know are online have dissappeaared from all lists

on one computer I tried entering in the persons id and it said computer was not online

    Thank you for your message.

    I recommend you to ask the person on the remote side to check if he/she gives you HIS/HER ID and not a partner ID.
