unable to see anything but black screen during remote Mac to PC
Hello
I am able to login to the remote windows 7 PC from my mac. It says it is initializing the session and the person on the other end can see that I have remotely got into the PC, but I can not see anything but a black screen. No apps, nothing. I can see my cursor move around but that's it.
Any help would be great. Thank you.

Thank you so much. I will look at the post. It turns out that when the other party closed their Chrome browser page that I was able to see everything which makes me think that it was just the browser that was creating the problem. That brings up another question of why can't I see what is on the Chrome web browser. Thanks for the help.
