v12 running on MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 will not connect to partners

I've been a using TeamViewer for a number of years. Most crecently, version 12 on a MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 will launch, but will not connect to any partners. Seems to have started after the upgrade to 12. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It shows partners online, but won't connect to any of them, no matter what OS they are running. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well. Any ideas?

    In April I posted the same issue "TeamViewer on MacOS does not respond to connect", since then I had no respond from TeamViewer support. I understand that this is due to my free license, but I am switching to RDP and looking for other solution because I have no clue how to resolve this issue.

    Looking fwd to see you will be better luck.
