I apologize, surely I did not understand your question well and my answer might seem embarrassing.
TeamViewer works via LAN and WEB, so the actual limit is related to the limits that can be reached via the Internet. In practice, if you live on planet Earth, you may be reachable. Keep in mind that even if you live on the international space station (ISS), you are still within TeamViewer scope. ISS
