With the Enhanced multi-user support option in TeamViewer (activated by default for TeamViewer 9 and later) in the options under Extras > Options > Advanced, TeamViewer generates an individual TeamViewer ID (User ID) for every user who connects to the server using Remote Desktop (RDP) by Microsoft as well as for the physical console. ITbrain can only be used for the physical console (Server ID).

  • Please log in with the Administator account  on the physical console.
  • Activate Anti-Malware from The Management Console or TeamViewer contact list.
