ITBrain detected a Ransom, what now?

I'm new to this service (ITBrain Malware) and during my trial got the error message pasted at the end of this post.

Please guide me, what's next? What to do at this point?

ERROR MESSAGE:

The detections were analysed already by our malware labs and they were declared clean. 

Within 24 hours the engines will not detect these 2 files from SAGE as malware.

Do you mean that I am 'secured' now and no other action is required on my end? So your system already cleaned it all for me?

That is correct. The detection was removed. Within 24 hours it will not be reported anymore.
