Make changes to alert emails

Is it possible to add/remove content to/from the alert emails generated by ITBrain? We have some automation (self-healing) in place. We want the alert, so we know the issue occured. It would be great if we could add content to the "Recovery" email, so our help-desk software can auto-close the ticket.

Yes and including the subject to include for example the group name
