Re-using ITbrain Endpoints

How can I re-use an Endpoint if the device has crashed or it is not in use anymore?
  • In case your device crashes due to hardware or software problems
  • You do not have control over the device anymore
  • You have to set up a new device, the TeamViewer ID of the new device will be different

Please log in in The management Console https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn and just remove the old TeamViewer ID/device from your Computers & Contacts list.

Log in again to the Management Console and the endpoint will be released.

If you need to install it to the same machine add the ID to your Computers & Contacts list and activate ITbrain for the end-point. 


The servers will trigger an uninstall command once the ID is deleted from the Computers & Contacts list and when the device will have internet the uninstall process will start.
