ITBrain monitoring listing as unavailable on clone server
I am trying to use ITBrain monitoring on a server that is a clone of one that already had the monitioring enabled. I removed the original server from my account and tried to add the new server but it said that monitoring was unavailabe.
In order to activate Monitoring on a Windows Server OS please make sure you have added the Server ID to your partner list. On the Server, TeamViewer has a server ID and if using RDP session ID is generated.
If this is not the case please let us know what error you get when trying to activate Monitoring.
