Feature request - Authenticate as Azure AD user

First of all; we have been a very happy user of TeamViewer for years now.

Lately we see more and more computers that are part of an Azure AD domein.
Using TeamViewer for regular support is fine and works as expected. However, as soon as we need to run things with Admin-permissions, we face a problem.

With local / AD joined computers, we're able to authenticate using the Advanced button, and logging in with a domain/local admin account. For Azure AD joined computers, this does not seem to work.

Request: We would like to Authenticate (Run) TeamViewer under an (other) Azure AD user with admin permissions as to better troubleshoot / support users.

Kind regards,

Peter Elbertse

Re: Feature request - Authenticate as Azure AD user

After having searched the internet though, my colleague had the answer.
You need to write AzureAD\username@AzureADdomain.com, this works!

Re: Feature request - Authenticate as Azure AD user

This is a feature we also require and would be a significant improvement to how we use TeamViewer. At the moment we are unable to sign in to devices as Admin using AzureAD credential.

As TeamViewer has Intune integration this is a feature that should exist as Intune and AzureAD work together.
