Request user to enter credentials for unattended reboots?

Hello, we have a business license and many times are remotely updating software / drivers on employee or customer unit.   In other remote assistance software, we used in the past, there was an option to request that the user enter user name/password info and it would be remembered after reboots until the session was ended.  Is there any similar option in Teamviewer?

Re: Request user to enter credentials for unattended reboots?

Hi Teratech,

Indeed TeamViewer allows you to restart the target machine. Once rebooted (normal way or safe mode) a popup will ask you if you want to take the control again. This option works with all the Teamviewer module (Qwick support - Host - Full app)

Please be sure to use the reboot button offered by TeamViewer app.

Also please note that Teamviewer reboot button cannot bypass the session lock screen.

Feel free to use the trial version of TeamViewer to test all the functions
