Hello There. We are using the licenzed TeamViewer10 version frequently. The chat file shall be used to document what has been done during the remote session. In some contries we are not having a stable internet connection and the session aborts occasionaly. That means we loose the complete chat in this case. Is there any way to automatically save the chat textfile?
When I chat with My customer, I would be happy if this chat will be avalaible on TVServer in TVManagementConsole, and I would like to have a feature to get this all conversation via TVAPI to my CRM Program.

I would like to bring this thread back to life, perhaps thanks to it will be a little more KUDOS, and as a result I hope that this functionality will be implemented.
