Hi,

the detail provided by your development department on the request
https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/API-and-Scripting/API-rate-limit/m-p/3343#U3343
deserves to be reported in the literature (start from manual > 1.4.1)

Re: Add info to API reference manuale

Hi mLipok,

in manual exist only the table with linear data. Please visit the post and look for high detail in counting request system. This is the detail required for integration.

Bye.

Re: Add info to API reference manuale

Ah I see now the most important was this :

The limit is calculated per Api AccessToken per API VERB (GET; POST;PUT;DELETE) per APICALL (/account, /groups /contacts etc.)

so for every combination you have 3000 calls per hour. 3000 GET Account, 3000 GET Groups and so on.
