Once a customer clicks on Quick Support or Host, a web page displays that only says 'Loading Team Viewer Now' then 'Not loaded yet? Try Again'. <see attachment> This confuses many of my customers who do not realize that an app is downloading.
Can you please put some browser specific expectations such as:
Chrome: look in the bottom left hand corner and click on the download when it is complete.
Edge/IE: wait until you are prompted at the bottom of the screen and choose 'run'
