When I want to leave a message for user then current functionality is OK.
But very often I work without VOICE communication, and there are moments when I need to bring remote user attention.
So i use "Leave a message" feature but I'm staying on line and waiting for the user when he be so kind to look and do what I asked for (putting password to Mail, or PIN to PKI cards).
Currently I'm wasting many times waiting for remote users which is walking for coffee, or talking to the boss, manager, or co-employer.
I want to propose to add two new feature to the "Leave a message"
I also think it would be a good idea to have a possibility to turn on blinking on remote display, so the remote person knows that I need some attention at the moment. I was thinking about a sound notification, but more machines rather don't have speakers or have them turned off, so it won't be much useful. I don't expect there will be a possibility to use system buzzer to pay somebody's attention - it is used for system POST messages or errors in operating system, not in normal scenarios.
Thanks for your comment.
