According to my information you received an email from my colleague containing an overview of all your tickets. :smileywink: Could you please check your emails.
It would be useful if the text of the original ticket was included in the acknowledgement email. At the moment, it isn't possible to see exactly what was written when the ticket was raised, unless a local copy is taken (it isn't apparent that this needs to be done ...).
