When are you going to make all our tickets available on your website?

Our Ticket-System includes personal data and information given by customer or user to us, to solving their issue.

To ensure data privacy our Ticket System is not intended for a public audience.
Thank you for your understanding.

According to my information you received an email from my colleague containing an overview of all your tickets. :smileywink: Could you please check your emails.

It would be useful if the text of the original ticket was included in the acknowledgement email. At the moment, it isn't possible to see exactly what was written when the ticket was raised, unless a local copy is taken (it isn't apparent that this needs to be done ...).
