Please confirm if there is support available for remote screen control of MI/Xiaomi phones.
If not the please confirm if it will get available.
The current version of QuickSupport does not support Remote Control under MI phone, we could use QS for view only. We would request to get an QS Add-on for MI-based OS and enable Remote Control under MI UI. Really appreciate if you could consider such request, thanks a million.
Me too facing same problem

This device is not supported by us at the moment.
Unfortunately, we are not able to support all Android devices.
To allow full remote control of a device, we need cooperation from the manufacturers themselves which we do not have for all manufacturers.
Please see our Android Device FAQ For supported devices. As this does require the manufacturers support, we cannot simply commit to making this possible as we cannot do it alone. At the moment this is not on the roadmap sorry.

Hi 153RockStar
We do not and will not have an ETA on this.
I understand it is frustrating, but we simply do not have Xiaomi's support for remote control. We cannot force them to co-operate.
If they decide to work with us, we will of course let everyone know.
Please see this post for more information if you need it.

When will be done any support (Add-on) for Xiaomi smartphones (with Android 8) ? Thank's
I still cannot understand why cannot TeamViewer command support at least ROOTED MiUI devices. From what I know about Android programming, adding custom kernel modules is possible even without kernel sources.
At least TASKER addon "AutoInput" can simulate screen touches, so this should be technically possible (not sure, but likely).
Rooting Xiaomi device is not a hack but a feature officially supported by manufacturer.
Why not use this approach?
Chinese OEMs including Huawei and Xiaomi took 1/3 of the European market share in 2018

Is this enought for supporting at least the root option? Xiaomi is one of the most internationalized Chinese companies and I doubt they would refuse to cooperate. They are eager to sell more devices and their custom OS UI is immaculate compared to what we get from Samsung or Verizon etc.
The list of supported phomes... listed is BlackBerry, Sony, Acer? I didn't know they still make phones..

I'm fine with screen sharing only, please, tell me how to connect to Xiaomi phone (Mi 9 SE) only for viewing. I wasn't able to do that from Linux desktop app (14.7.1965) neither with Quick Support app (14.7.240 QS) on phone nor with Host app (14.7.221 HM) bound to my account. “Presentation” menu entry is just always disabled.
My phone is not support
