Hi All, I am in the process of integrating TMV with salesforce. I can use the Teamviewer app in salesfroce but its tightly integrating with CASE object. but my requirement is to integrate with Contact object. Can you please through some light on this. Do I need to create my own object in salesforce? Please share some examples or steps. thanks for your help.
In the current integration, it is only possible to use TeamViewer through the Service console (in the Cases screen). The steps on how you can configure the TV objects can be found at
Adding support for TV through the 'Contacts' and 'Accounts' screens is in our Backlog and we're working to deliver this in the next update of the integration. We cannot share an ETA at this point though.

Since the last message here, we have now launched new updates of the TeamViewer integration app that supports Contacts, Accounts, Leads and Opportunities on top of Cases objects in both Service and Sales clouds and in Classic and LX mode.
