I'm glad to tell you, that we already have the solution in this case.
Please contact your Zebra vendor/account manager. They are able to provide an operating system for you that allows you to remote control the Zebra devices. After you installed the new OS no additional AddOn is required.

Hello!
I just receive from my vendor last OS for Zebra TC25.
I installed it, but I cannot click on mobile device, just watch it.
I'm using Host on mible device.
Am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately, I recommend you to contact your Zebra vendor to solve this case.
Please tell him, that you are not able to control the remote device. He should be able to help you in this case.
