Today I would like to introduce you to our Onboarding at TeamViewer:
At TeamViewer we ensure that all our colleagues are integrated quickly and smoothly. Our 3-month Onboarding period is designed to provide information on our organization and your role, professionally develop you by setting goals and also introduce you to your new colleagues.
During your onboarding, we provide you with information about your first day and housing assistance, when needed. We also assign you a buddy, who is a member of your team with the professional and social know-how to support your new journey. Your manager and buddy will prepare your personal onboarding plan, which you will receive when you start.
On your first day, we welcome you with breakfast and a presentation about our history and future direction. Members of our leadership team will also be part of your onboarding, sharing our strategy and company beliefs with you.
Diversity is one of the strongest foundations of our multicultural organization. So, after lunch you will be part of our intercultural awareness training. With more than 60 nationalities we want to make sure that we are all familiar with each other’s culture and communication styles.
On your second day you will participate in an extensive product training, which will make you familiar with our product portfolio. Sales colleagues participate in an extensive 2-week product and sales training.
Over the next weeks you will have 1-on-1 meetings with your manager to ensure your onboarding is running smoothly and you have everything you need to be successful in your role.
