This article applies to all TeamViewer free users and customers with a Business, Premium, Corporate or Tensor plan.


No matter how you purchase your TeamViewer plan (by phone, fax, email or in our webshop), you will receive an order confirmation email directly after placing your order.

This confirmation e-mail contains the link to activate your plan

Note: Read this article for further information in regard to the activation. 

After activation, you can immediately use your TeamViewer account for licensed connections.

You only need to download and install the full version of TeamViewer and log in with your TeamViewer account under Computers & Contacts.

How do I receive the invoice after the purchase?

Shortly after receiving your order confirmation, we will email you your invoice as a PDF attachment.

Note: If you do not receive the invoice after 24 hours, please check your spam/junk email folder and whitelist emails from TeamViewer.

If you need to request the invoice be re-sent, please give our Service team a call or submit a ticket.

Note: We strongly recommend to only download TeamViewer from our website. Please keep in mind that we do not ship a box containing any software.
