The TeamViewer integration for Freshworks suite of products enables service queue features and lets you connect to and help your customers right from a ticket. The TeamViewer integration for Freshservice will allow you to:

  • Provide remote assistance to your customer
  • Initiate a TeamViewer session directly from the ticket page with the click of a button

About Freshservice

Freshservice is a cloud based ticketing system designed for team collaboration and agent productivity.

Enable the Integration

  1. Go to the Freskservice marketplace to install the TeamViewer application Admin --> Helpdesk Productivity --> Apps:
  2. During installation you will need to authenticate your account accepting the request for permissions:image2018-3-27_16-14-33.png
  3. You will have the TeamViewer application listed under Admin --> Apps once installedimage2018-3-27_16-14-45.png
  4. Under the ticket menu you will notice the TeamViewer application in the right sidebard ready to generate a session:image2018-3-27_16-16-32.png
  5. Once a session is generated it is automatically inserted into the ticketimage2018-3-27_16-16-57.png
