TeamViewer offers subscription plans which entitle you to all major updates of the software without having to purchase the update regularly. With that, you have exclusive access to new features and enhancements as soon as they are ready during the subscription period.
For your convenience and to avoid service interruptions, your annual subscription will renew automatically for another 12 months on the renewal date of your subscription.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to terminate your subscription, please submit a ticket at the latest 28 days prior to the renewal date. After that, the subscription will renew for another 12 months and you can enjoy using TeamViewer as usual.
We usually do not send an email before your subscription renews. However, it is subjected to the country origin and local regulations so you might get an email.
TeamViewer is offering a Customer Portal which allows you to view and manage your customer data as well as review your subscription.
The Customer Portal is currently available for customers in these countries: Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Estonia, France, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Spain, Uruguay, and the Netherlands.
