This article applies to all TeamViewer users who would like to purchase a license.

General

TeamViewer offers three different standard licenses.

  1. Business license
  2. Premium license
  3. Corporate license 

All three license types are designed to be used with a TeamViewer Account.

Business license

If you are on your own and want to be able to connect to unlimited endpoints, from a fixed set of devices (for example PC A, Laptop B, Mobile Device C) the Business license might be your choice.

Use conditions

  • The Business license needs to be linked to your personal TeamViewer Account. 
  • To use the license from one (of the up to three) devices you have chosen, all you need to do is sign in to the Computer & Contact list. 
  • This license is not designed nor recommended to be used by two or more persons.

Premium license

If you want to use TeamViewer from any device of your choice and provide other members of your organization opportunity to use the TeamViewer license the Premium license  might be the right choice.

Use conditions

  • This license can be linked to multiple TeamViewer Accounts.
    They can be signed in to the Computer & Contact list at the same time on different devices.

    Hint: Yet only one of the persons signed in, will be able to connect to endpoints at a time.

  • To allow multiple persons to connect concurrently, further add-on channels must be added.

Corporate license

If you want to use TeamViewer in your organization with multiple persons and also distribute the TeamViewer application within your organization or on customers of yours the Corporate License is your license to choose.

Use conditions

  • This license can be linked to multiple TeamViewer Accounts.
    They can be signed in to the Computer & Contact list at the same time on different devices.
    It allows three individual accounts of your organization to connect concurrently.
  • Should you desire more concurrent connections further add-on channels must be added.
