Host installation on Linux debian amd64 by ssh

I have only ssh connection to this workstation running a custom debian based distro. This workstation has a desktop that i want to see through teamviewer

i've managed to install the package teamviewer-host_12.1.83885_amd64.deb.

but when I run sudo teamviewer setup, accept the eula, type in email and password of my account it becomes stuck "setting up your device".

Is it because my workstation sits behind a double nat (router + ISP) ?

Need help please! Thanks!

    Dear Dark345,

    Thank you for your post.

Double NATs should be no problem.

Please do the following command to make sure that TeamViewer is working properly.

    teamviewer info
    sudo teamviewer passwd [password]

Those commands will provide you the TeamViewer ID and set the password.

Then connect to make sure that TeamViewer is connecting.
