Not connected to internet-LOGS attached

I was using TV since months but suddenly now I am not able to connect and everytime its just displaying Not able to connect, even I have an active Internet Connection. Please help.I am using Linux Mint.

    Despite the message that it is not a technical problem, it is.  I had the same problem.  It has to be a program issue.  I googled "teamviewer 11 free download" and found a site with the download file.  I downloaded and installed 11 and was immediateley connected.
