Raspberry Pi / Linux without monitor

Hi,
I am using TeamViewer on a Raspberry Pi 4 with graphical desktop and it works well, even if I disconnect the monitor.
But if I re-start without monitor and try to connect from my PC I can see the Pi is online, but I get the message "WaitforConnectfailed" if I try to connect.

Any idea?
