How to Resolve Partner ID not connected with router

Hello ,

I installed teamviewer 12 in fedora linux. But I trying to connect with partner ID - It shows an error that "Partner ID not Connected with router".

Please help to resolve this issue

I have a question. Do both parties have internet? If not they should be both connected to the internet.

I just got this error after updatong the partner Apple OS  to the newest. It shoes as connected in my teamviewer but will not connect with this same error - that the  partner may not be connected to the router. ... If it shows as ONLINE, it must be connected to the router
