No ID - No Password shown

Hi,

we use teamviewer 14.6.2452

I have a continuing issue with Teamviewer 14 on a ubuntu in that when i open it to be connected to by another computer no ID or password is displayed. that time Teamviwer is not showing the id in about TV and .
I have tried

1) Uninstaling and reinstalling Teamviewer

2) Stopping the Teamviewer service and restarting

I have had this issue on other computers too. looking forward to finding a fix!

    I have the same issue on windows 10. would really like a fix in case i need to use the teamviewer
