Quick Support not working following update to v13

Quick support was working fine on my Mother's Samsung Tab E, until I upgraded Team Viewer  from 12 to 13. PC is Ubuntu 16.04. Now, I can see the tablet come on line, but connection options are greyed out. I can double-click on the icon and a connection is intiated, the tablet sees it, it gets authorised, but immediately drops thereafter, without any message.

Quick support was re-installed to see if that helped, but it did not.

Any words of wisdom on how to resolve this?
