Re: Teamviewer for raspberry headless setup problem

Dear Kezbar,

The TeamViewer setup command helps you to add your device to your computers and contacts with EasyAccess. However, you may be able to use your system in headless mode by following this workaround.

#get teamviewer id
teamviewer info

#set a password
sudo teamviewer passwd [password]

After running those commands, you may add your device to your computers and contacts list.

Hope that solution works for you.

Best regards,

Christian

Re: Teamviewer for raspberry headless setup problem

i have the same problem , working on a raspberry pi 3 only with ssh

no monitor no keyboard attached to RASPI

password is set and i know the ID

Version of TV is TeamViewer                           12.0.78433 (deb)

i could see the RASPi from Windwos, but if i connect i am getting "Authentification denied"

both pc are on same private network

i have reduced complexity of password , but it is not working

Re: Teamviewer for raspberry headless setup problem

Dear Blacky,

Thank you for your message.

Yes, you need to accept the license agreement.

To make sure you already accept use the following command

grep -i eula /opt/teamviewer/config/global.conf

To accept license agreement you may run the following command on a CLI session

sudo teamviewer setup

Hope this solution works for you.

Best regards,

Christian

Re: Teamviewer for raspberry headless setup problem

Okay. I've done every step. I pressed 'y' to EULA. Then TeamViewer prompted to enter e-mail/name, okay. Then - password. But when I've done - it was: sign in failed (unknown reason). What I am doing wrong?
