Ubuntu 16.04 + Teamviewer 12 Don't launching GUI in administrator user where as working with another

I have Ubuntu 16.04.03 with Teamviewer 12.
On machine there are two users.

1) Normal User (TestUser) with limited access.
2) Administator User

Whever I am goint to connect from another machine via TV to Test user it is going to connect but once I logout from Test user and trying to login with Administator user we loss TV connection. and we found that this machine not launhing TV GUI.

Tried solutions :

1) [strng] FT_Start_Directories = "" - Not worked for me
2) cp /opt/teamviewer/tv_bin/script/teamviewerd.service /etc/init.d/teamviewerd
service teamviewerd start
update-rc.d teamviewerd defaults - Not worked for me
