teamviewer 14 framebuffer

is it possible to connect to the linux framebuffer with teamviewer 14 from linux to linux? if so how given that it looks like sending key combinations (ctrl-alt-F2) is still not working from within linux. Note I can send them from OSX but not from linux.

Thanks and BTW I like the new intigrated interface very nice

The ability to send key combinations is very important . can you please add this ability to version 14 for linux. it would be very helpful if in the menu bar under actions if there was a way to type what keys you want to send. For exampe ctrl+alt+F2 could send that key combination to the remote computer

stumbled on a workaround for this, at least for xorg.

the command setxkbmap -option srvrkeys:none will prevent the host os from capturing keys like ctrl-alt-Fx and allow teamviewer to pass them alone. I've tried this from Arch linux connecting to an ubuntu machine and it works well. once your done the command setxkbmap -option '' will restore the previous behavior
