5 minutes limit when using the application on IOS?

I use the TeamViewer app for personal use only. I help my mom with the laptop and help my dad with the iPhone. I am using an IOS app. A few days ago I got a limitation of 5 minutes of use and was thrown out of the program. When I use the teamviewer on my computer, everything is ok. I reinstalled the program on IOS, it does not help (((Help please, how to solve this problem?

Hello Igor,

The 5 minute limit may be due to suspected commercial use. If that's the case the below link may be useful. In it there is a link to request a reset to remove the limit.
