Can not connect to Samsung host app : there is already a connection to this device

Hello, the host app on Samsung phone was working ok until recently. After a restart of the mobile, I've started getting the "there is already a connection to this device" error and can't connect to remote mobile. Host app was restarted but keep getting the error. 

Any ideas?
